2008 in Review – 3 Questions

2008 is drawing to a close. Most people do some sort of review for the year before the new year. Over the past many years, I found that I’ve been doing such review with many tools. We came up with all sorts of tables what should be done, who to do it but in the end, we spent too much energy just to use the tools rather than implement the changes we needed.

I stumbled across this 3 questions by accident. Saw it at a customer’s office. Asking and answering these 3 simple questions, I believe you can make 2009 a better year. If you implemented the answers to these 3 simple questions well, I believe it will improve many areas of your life. Works for your office environment too. Here are they.

1. What are the things you are doing, that you should NOT be doing?
2. What are the things you are NOT doing, that you should be doing?
3. What are the things you are doing well, that you need to do more?
